3Peat Properties was founded by Ferg Myrick, whose journey is rooted in resilience, purpose, and passion. Growing up in a neighborhood with limited opportunities, basketball provided him a path to college and beyond—until an injury changed his course. After succeeding in sales, Ferg followed his true calling in real estate.

After purchasing his first rental property, Ferg was faced with a challenge—the cost that comes with rehabbing a property. Instead of walking away, he did what he’s always done: learned, adapted, and got to work. What began as one tool soon became a truck full, and before long, a thriving passion turned into a business.
